ADLIB, fashion from Eivissa and Formentera

Last weekend on Eivissa and Formentera the Adlib fashion show was held, promoted originally in the 70s by the Yugoslavian princess, Smilja Mihailovitch, and now organised by the Patronat de la Moda d'Eivissa i Formentera.

The opening parade was held on Saturday in the city of Eivissa, in the park Es Portal Nous de Dalt Vila, and on Sunday it was repeated in the square of the Town Hall of Formentera. In this new edition, presented by Anne Igartiburu, the students of the Art School of Eivissa participated, as well as 22 designers who presented their tendencies for Adlib fashion for 2003.

The 22 Pitiusan designers who have participated in Adlib 2003 are Jazz Piel, Chapeau Ibiza, Gloria Bendita, Cáñamo, De Bois, Marta Raffo, Melania Piris, Claudie Noelle, Luis Ferrer, Zarabanda, Ibimoda, Maru García, Francisca Ferrer, Moleke, Charo Ruiz, Ruben Perlotti, Lopeta, Tres Ibiza and MapaMundi (from Eivissa); and Eva Cardona, Ishvara and Jesús Costa (from Formentera)
