Forada and Buscastell celebrate the fiestas of the Puríssima
These days the peaceful village of Forada has changed its rhythm of normal activity. Since last weekend, the inhabitants of this village and those of the neighbouring Buscastell have been celebrating the festivities of the Immaculate Conception, patron saint of the small chapel of Forada, founded in 1967.

Last Sunday the protagonists were the grandparents, and the activities on Monday were dedicated to the children. Card games in Ca'n Tixedó entertained the evenings on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Saturday a day for "tir amb bassetja" will be enjoyed as from 3.30 p.m. and will end with a popular barbecue.

On Monday 8, the day will start with hot chocolate and football. At 5 p.m. the mass and folk dancing by the Colla Brisa de Portmany and the Colla de Buscatell, ending with a popular dance.

The programme of events will continue until Saturday 20 with several activities.
