What kind of information does a traveller need?
Survey about multimedia tourist information from the Balearic Islands.
Since October 2005, the IBIT Foundation is conducting a study about the Use, need and impact of multimedia tourist information from the Balearic Islands on the Internet. The study analyses the information needs of tourists and travellers visiting Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera. The research also focuses on the format preferences (text, video, audio...) before, during the stay and after the holiday.
With the aim of obtaining direct feedback from travellers, the IBIT is running a survey that can be completed on-line until the 8th of October. The researchers thank you for your participation and if you want them to let you know personally when they publish the results, please send them your e-mail address to comunicacio@ibit.org. The first conclusions are already available.
